Great experience all round. Point of sale staff friendly efficient and very knowledgeable. Pre-delivery phone call to me to check all was okay was fantastic for my scheduling as well as theirs. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Topsoil was bagged well and was dry – a big plus. I have previously bought gravel from this company and had an equally good experience with that. Happy to recommend them.

Let’s be honest, paying for goods and services upfront nowadays is a lottery at best so I was very pleasantly surprised with the service that I received from British Soil. Purchasing during the coronavirus pandemic

I’ve bought both top soil and turf from British Soil. After calling up both times I’ve been given a quote over the phone, which has always been far less than I was expecting to pay. The lady in the office is always polite and helpful. Payment was taken over the phone and collection was contact-free (due to the pandemic). Both soil and turf are top quality.
